Oh, WOULD'NT a U.S. Equal Opportunity Attorney salivate over THIS case...

I can't believe they get away with this in the U.K. If that happened over here, they would make some white applicant's some money, PLUS force the police force to allow them to take the test.

Yes they do, Sprite, but they can't just deny a certain ethnic group from taking a test, no matter what group you are in. AA means a certain percentage of test takers have to be of a minority group.

But then you have the minority ya-hoos suing the fire department because they can't pass the test! The test was "too hard for them". So the fire dept had to dumb down the test so minorities who CHOSE not to educate themselves in school could pass it.

I'm glad this didn't happen where I live. I wouldn't trust a single one of them to save me from a burning building.
