Absolutely true Sassy but that ugly fact doesn't detract from the equally ugly fact that Corbyn & McDonnell still openly support the IRA.

I'm afraid too many people are sheep and believe what they are told to believe. The establishment are terrified of people like JC and McDonnell because they won't give up their principles and can't be bought, so they resort to smears, they have nothing else.

Still doesn't detract from the fact that they support the IRA.

They supported peace and peace (so far) has been achieved, sometimes you should reflect on history and try and place it in its context today, but first you must stop living in the past, try and visualise a future free of establishment control, we might never get another opportunity!

No Scrat. They supported peace with the caveat that if their demands were not met, they would resume the bombing.Additionally, the IRA knew they were losing the war and public support which is why they adopted this faux peace process.

Whatever any of us thought of Thatcher & Co (and I was no fan of her) for Corbyn to bring Gerry Adams to the Houses of Parliament shortly after the Brighton bombing was traitorous to say the least. It also showed a complete lack of empathy for all victims of all of their bombings.

Oh what a load of old bumkum, everyone talked to the IRA and when they were invited to the HOC you think it didn't have to be passed by security and ok'd by those in power at the time? Don't be so naive.

Us Brits and our representatives have a history of treachery when it comes to dealing with megalomaniacs, fascists, torturers and terrorists, in our recent history as well, this is a dilemma and negotiations for peace are part and parcel of the realpolitik of our time.

Commander! you're looking for reasons to hate Corbyn, and yet the truth dictates that in this instance Jeremy Corbyn has been proven correct, infact on foreign policy he's been proven correct time after time, every time, perhaps there's a message in that!!! anyhow now you can cross that one out and look for another reason the MSM are suggesting for you to hate him, a living wage perhaps, or his audacity at suggesting feeding all our school children, and now ffs fighting for small businesses waiting 6months for payment from large tax evading corporations, these are the current extremist views he's espousing!
